Say goodbye to smells of sweat odor with these natural methods

Smells of Sweat discover some natural tips to fight against perspiration Doctor Michael Berdugo, general practitioner interviewed by Slate , explains that with the approach of summer many people consult for sweating above normal. Problem which could seem benign, it ruins the life of the people who suffer from it and who then develop a complex. Ashamed of the smells they give off and unable to continue their activities with clothes soaked in sweat, their sweat glands get carried away and prevent them from leading a ‘normal’ life. A phenomenon that is not yet explained by medicine but against which we can naturally arm ourselves to a certain extent.

The natural deodorant

A simple but effective solution when you don’t sweat excessively. It prevents the odors of perspiration from spreading and disturbing those around you. We also offer several recipes for natural deodorants to protect you, your skin and the planet . If it will take you a (very) little time, it will not cost you much more  !

Some fabrics are more likely to reduce your perspiration by allowing your skin to breathe properly. Indeed, linen, cotton and bamboo are excellent materials for absorbing sweat odors. On the contrary, in times of hot weather, forget about polyester and acrylic clothing. When you sweat, synthetic fabrics prevent sweat evaporation.

Apple cider vinegar before going to sleep

Besides its antiseptic power, cider vinegar is a very good natural deodorant. With a cotton ball, apply the vinegar to your armpits before going to sleep and let it dry.

Cucumber and lemon slices

Cucumber and lemon can also regulate the glands responsible for perspiration. Cut the lemon and/or  cucumber into slices and rub it under your armpits morning and evening. It will take a few days to notice a drop in perspiration.

Aloe vera tightens pores

Aloe vera has an astringent effect that can tighten your pores in addition to reducing the growth of bacteria, which prevents bad odors from developing. You can apply it as a gel directly to the armpits.

If these natural remedies are not enough to help you, you can find other more radical medical solutions.
